Victims Can Cut Risk With Diet, Study Says
Low-Fat Approach Could Become Standard For Fighting Breast Cancer

Breast cancer victims can cut the chances their tumors will come back by adopting low-fat diets, according to the first study to produce direct evidence that a lifestyle change can fend off any type of tumor.

The study of more than 2,400 middle-aged and elderly women found that those who reduced the fat in their diets after undergoing standard treatment for early breast cancer were significantly less likely to suffer a recurrence in the next five years, researchers reported today

My personal problem has nothing to do with low or high fat. My problem is the meat, beef, chicken, etc. that's raised with very high quantities of steroids. Steroids is a substance great for men but not for women. Through my doctor's advise, I cut back on eating beef. Now when I try eating beef, I get sick to my stomach and my intestines want to burst. I eat maybe one ounce of chicken or pork for dinner. I'm allergic to fish, can't eat any. I eat lots of fruits and vegetables, salads, grains, nuts, etc. After learning that all those steroids in meats were giving me breast lumps and lots of female problems, I changed my eating habits and now I feel 300 percent healthier and younger.
