How can James Carville
face Mary Matalin day in and day out?Listening to her down play Tom Delay's corruption, saying they all do that.Making it ok. They don'nt all do that. The Republicans like to spin it that way, ending arguments by saying they all do that.

2. Carville and Matlin are actually the same species of political beast
But like Jack Sprat ate no fat, and his wife ate no lean, Carville and Matlin are the perfect compliment to each other. As far as political attack commentary goes their family licks the platter clean.

3. It really just proves
that politics makes strange bedfellows.

I've never understood it either. I suppose love can conquer all, but at some point, your moral core and convictions factor in. They are either both in denial or one of them is pussy-whipped.

5. Because their banter is an act
Carville and Matalin really aren't very different; are we to believe at this point in history Democrats and Republicans inside the beltway are all that different? No.

There really is only one party is this country; those in power.

6. Both of them are parasites feeding off of
The ever increasing social divide. They live extremely well in Middleburg, VA - a haven for wealthy people. They probably laugh all the way home on I-66..............

8. Carville is a self-serving asshole.
I'm sorry, but when I constantly see people like Dick Cheney quoting James Carville talking about "what's wrong with those evil Democrats", I have a major problem with that. You don't see the Republican shills talking about the problems their party has. If he's got issues, save it for private conversations. Other than that, he should be focusing his criticism for the Republicans.

But of COURSE he won't do that! He, Stephanopoulos, and just about every other former Clinton aide seems to be content with selling out our party just to make themselves more marketable for media commentary. They ALL need to go.

9. they have everything in common
they're both insiders in the corridors of power, playing an insider game in an insular little subculture.

10. To both of them it is only a game.
Neither of them believe any of their own spin.

11. Matalin is a horses patoot
Her and Bay Buchanan are about the fugliest women on television. I don't know how James stands it either. I actually like him, think he is funny, and he hits hard, which is important to me. If you get a chance read their book "All's Fair" about the 1992 election, when he was working on behalf of Clinton and she was working on behalf of Pappy Bush.

All I know is if I had that whining idiot around me (Matalin) I'd be very tempted to kick her in the teeth with my Doc Martens on.

12. and do you know, i believe matalin was in on the 2000 election steal.
long before faux news gave the elections to bush--and early in the evening when CNN had declared AL GORE the WINNER ... Mary Matalin was on CNN saying, "something is wrong here...this is going to change, you all keep watching, you're gonna see, this is gonna change."

MATALIN KNEW LONG BEFORE it actually changed that itwas going to... and she had been in touch with the bush/cheney people all along.

so. knowing that and always expressing the passion for clinton that carville expressess how could he be so silent about what his wife knew?

it really begs the question how much does carville care about this democracy that he lakes to blare so much about.
