Anyone else think daddy Bush had Hinckley hired to shoot Reagan?
There was a relationship between the Hinckley family and the Bush family and wondered how many others subscribe to this theory.

2. I wonder too.
What kind of a person could kill another human being (not in self-defense).

I'll never get that.

Guess, even at 46, I am still so naive.

3. I've heard that one a lot
Also that bush 1 was in on JFK's assanation, and bush2 was in on JFKII small plane "accident."

If you look hard enough on the internet, you can find many interesting stories. Sometimes they sound so far out, they are almost logical.

4. Wasn't Neil Bush supposed to have dinner with Hinckley's brother
Edited on Mon May-02-05 11:29 PM by BattyDem
I remember reading that somewhere. :tinfoilhat:

On edit: Dinner was scheduled before the shooting, but cancelled after shooting occurred.

Everytime something bad happens, the Bush name always pops up in odd places!

5. It's more than crossed my mind.
When it comes to that family, there is no such thing as a coincidence.

9. I agree
In my short life I've learned there's no such thing as coincidence personally. They seem to pop up at the strangest times and tied to all this stuff.

6. If you were going to hire someone to assasinate someone,
I don't think you'd hang around with that person or their family. For example, meet at a public place (restaurant).

11. Yet what harm have all of the Bushes dubious associations done them?
Poppy and Salem bin Laden were breakfasting on 9/11.

The family gets away with murder. Attempted murder, even.

8. I've thought about it
I wouldn't be surprised. Didn't the two families hate each other and not very fond? Why did Reagan choose Bush as his vp?

10. Papa Hinckley and Poppy were old oil pals. He was having $$$ trouble
until, I believe, soon after the assassination attempt.

12. It's odd the way the press has avoided this
Hinckley seems to get the red carpet treatment for someone who has attempted to commit the ultimate crime.

14. Nah....Hired assassins
always get assasinated.

The fact that hinkley is alive is the best evidence against him being a hired gun.

He's just a nutcase.

21. I doubt Hinckley was hired
his responses seemed to me to be one that had been exposed to some kind of powerful psychotropic drugs. He seemed wacked-out of his mind.

I have always wondered what kind of people his parents were. Would they allow a son to be sacrificed for political/monetary gain? Was Hinckley really their son or maybe someone that only on paper was their son?

22. Without a doubt!
For me, there is a presumption of guilt concerning this band of assassins/killers/thugs. But, I'm willing to listen if they can demonstrate their innocence. Otherwise, hold 'em all incommunicado.

I guess I should underscore this by saying that there's no way he DIDN"T arrange for this to happen.
