Why Has No One Pinned High Oil Prices on Bush???
I'm sure some have but not nearly enough. Yes, there are a number of factors contributing to the prices BUT the big one is the war that Bush lied us into. By disrupting the region it has made the commodity risky and unstable and thus the spike in prices. Whenever a necessary, fundamental commodity is considered insecure the prices go through the roof. A good 80% of this mess is because of this filthy, corrupt, oil barrons' puppet. Democrats should be saying this publicly every, every day. We should make people curse his name every time they pump.

2. It's All Klintoon's Fault LOL LOL 111one!!! 111 LOL
Larry Kudlow: "The Clinton-Gore administration’s hapless and incoherent management of foreign policy is nowhere as evident as in their bungling on OPEC’s oil-price hike. ... While crude oil prices could drop to $25 per barrel, they will stay well above the average $20 real price of oil registered over the past ten years. And way above the $10 worldwide average marginal cost of producing new oil. Meanwhile gas prices at the pump are likely to be upwards of $2 per gallon well into the summer."

I'm sure Larry's all over the place blaming Bush for prices now, right?

"By disrupting the region"

we like those dictators so much. We just have to make a few more bucks every decade or so. We'll bomb it, get the money to rebuild it, then go back there again 10 years from now. Maybe 15.

It's our own fault for loving what's been designed for us. This country has been constructed for automobiles. We like the mobility. We like the "freedom". We like living in suburbs.

What we should do is get ourselves off the drug. But that's a little more difficult than simply cursing Bush's name at the pump. But that wouldn't do much, since they would be currently giving money to the pimp...pump.
