Hi everyone,

I just got off the phone with the nice person at AAR who's stuck with massive amounts of irate telephone calls today. She didn't make the decision, Danny Goldberg did.

Please write to him -- today -- at the following address. Doesn't matter if it's a scrawled note on a piece of notebook paper. If you know anything about consumers, they don't resort to snail mail unless they are REALLY angry, and one letter is the equivalent of (at least,) one hundred listeners. If you have the receipts from the purchase and installation of your Sirius system, send that along as well. One guy's already called this morning that spent $5,000 over the holidays gifting others with Sirius so they could get AAR.

Those who answer the phone aren't the problem. Let's make it a bit warm for the decision maker.

1. I spoke with a lady there a few minutes ago myself.

She was very nice.

If worse comes to worse, I'll switch to XM (I like their receivers better anyway). I'd just rather not.

If I do have to switch, I'll probably do it soon, since my billing period for Sirius is almost up and I don't see a reason to pay for a 3 month chunk if I'm going to switch.

Unfortunately, it looks like the monthly rate for XM has gone up since I first looked last year. Didn't XM used to be $9.99 a month?

for your Sirius investment if he does this. (I think you can.) Money sometimes talks louder than words.

Please keep those cards and letters coming to Danny Goldberg. Those who put their money where their mouths are and spent on a Sirius system especially need to spend 30 seconds scrawling their displeasure with this latest move and sending it to Mr. Goldberg.

The person who's answering the phone doesn't need the abuse. He needs to hear about this in writing; it's harder to ignore.
