Now NewsMax is running a story titled: Fineman: DeLay's 'Cooked'
Usually NewsMax would tear apart any story which does not support the GOP/BushCo. This time it did not they just reported Fineman's negative statements without any commentary.

Comments such as:

In an interview with top 10 radio host Don Imus this morning, Fineman said he "figured DeLay was probably cooked when they announced over the weekend that the Republicans and his supporters would be holding a big tribute dinner to him on May the 12." Most often, Fineman continued, "when they start having tribute dinners for you while a federal grand jury is meeting, that's not a good thing."

and

Of Abramoff, Imus interjected, " referred to my native American brothers and sisters, in an e-mail message – which is always a bright thing to do – as 'monkeys' and 'idiots.'"

"Yeah," Fineman replied. "So you can imagine how they feel towards him at this point as the grand jury gears up. So there's a whole chain of circumstances that could get DeLay in serious trouble."

and NewsMax did not defend Delay, not once.

Here's the url to the article. Its a copy and paste URL because I hate to direct link that awful site:

3. The old Soviet Union used similar means to signal disfavor...

4. Newsmax may be learning economics

and journalistic ethics. But mainly economics.

Many right wing websites might be discovering that trying to sell to cons isn't a very profitable venture.

For one thing it's not made in China.
