Poll question: Do you support my TASER Act of 2005?
Edited on Sat Apr-02-05 11:06 PM by LoZoccolo
This is a rough draft of some legislation that people may want to see passed. It is the "TASERs Are Safe, Everyone Relax" Act of 2005 (TASER Act of 2005).

If any officers of the law, elected officials, or any persons who shall profit from the sale of TASERs, shall make a claim that corporeal discharges from a TASER constitute a safe method of police restraint and capture, those persons shall be subject to no less than one (1) corporeal discharge from said model of TASER for each statement, or face a sentence of no less than three (3) years and no more than five (5) years in a federal penitentiary.
