is right regardless of the death threats and ect.


at least ONE branch of our Govt is acting within the constitution...this time

1. As I said in the other thread
this is the opening salvo, expect Frist to go nuclear on this and attempt (or more scarely) succeed in packing the courts

2. Well, the fact is...
...that virtually everyone directly involved in this case (not including the Republican leadership indirectly involved in an attempt to score political points) is doing what they think is right. Michael Schiavo, the Schindlers, the judges...hey, I suspect even Mel Gibson is acting sincerely according to his conscience on this matter! Being sincerely committed to "doing what is right, regardles of the cost" is completely separate from actually being right in what one does.
