New York Times is flushing the toilet

After having read the Editorial today in the New York Times, I was compelled to write this letter to the Editor. Of course, they will not publish it, but it seems important for me to get it off my chest!!

Dear Editor,

I was greatly amused to read you Editorial today entitled "Washington's Fiscal Meltdown".

You seem to have forgotten about the complicity of the Mainstream Media, which very much includes your organisation, in putting this group of madmen into the White House for the second time.

You forget that you deliberately withheld news the weeks and days before the election, such as his cheating in the Presidential debates, as you played sycophantically with this group.

And now, as per your desires, he is fulfilling all his promises to you who have supported him in getting what you want.

So do not cry wolf, when you are the one urging the wolf to make his attack in broad daylight.

America is going down the toilet and it is you that is pulling the flush!! Unfortunately, it won't make you any cleaner, as the stuff is already sticking to you.

I especially like the visual of our corporate press flushing American democracy down the bog hole. Exactly right. Maybe some talented DUer can come up with a graphic along those lines.
