BBC reports 300,000 marched against Syria yesterday, US news sez a million

marched.

Joe Klein said on Charlie Rose last week that a million PROSyrian Lebanese marched earlier and he was THERE at the time. The US news reported about few hundred thousand marched.

Anyone get the idea that BushInc is trying to control this story and using the news networks to foster a false impression?

Anyone else catch the BBC report last night?

Besides our main stream media would insist on telling us the truth.

2. Whatever it was it was a lot
Looks to me that there are huge numbers on both sides. PERFECT for a civil war.

4. Certainly seems that way. Which could also be why the numbers are being
spun, so Americans would think that civil war is less likely if they believed the anti-Syrians marchers were significantly greater than the proSyrian marchers.

Too bad we can't trust the word of our government or their corporate media whores.

3. Looking at the pics,
it looked like a helluva lot more than 300,000.

Unless Rove doctored them.

5. No, but if you are accurately relaying what was said, I believe the Free
World.

And NOT the Imperial Amerikan media.

Never trust "news" sources from Totalitarian Nations, I always say. I feel the same about Imperial Amerikan "news" as I did when i was younger about Soviet "news".

In reality, they are really quite similar at this point, across the gulf of years.

Except the Soviets didn't distract with Celebrity Bullshit. They didn't have Celebrities as Amerika does.

6. Bottom line:
The civil war which had been put on hold by the Syrian troops will now go into full bloom, once the troops have been removed.

More chaos in the Middle East, praised by AmericanPravda as Smirk's democracy fatwa.

7. And when the media reports the protests
against the US invasion in Iraq on Saturday (if they do at all), it will be hundreds of protesters.

Don't believe your lying eyes.
