I post something significant (at least I thought it was) and a post about Michael Jackson gets more attention than mine. WTF? Is it the title, am I a horrible writer - what is it? Ugh.

You can go to your favorite forum..click on author (at the top of the listings)...then go alphabetically to your name and all your posts will be there.. Sometimes when I am bored I do this.. Just to see all the thoughtful threads I started....that garnered ZERO replies.. and yet I start one ..."Would you buy back your first car, if you could?",,and that one ran in the hundreds...go figure :shrug:

Do you remember you gave me kitten advice? Probably not, but my baby is now 9 months old and I love him dearly. I am not a cat person (at least I wasn't) but he's the sweetest cat I have ever met. :hi:

and they turn out just the way you raise them.. Treat them like babies, and they end up sweet.. I always whispered to my babies as I put them on my shooulder to burp them after the bottle, and to this day, they respond to whispers more than "outloud"..and when they were kittens out esploring the house, I would rattle a doorknob to their room, and say "One baby, Two baby, Three baby" (there were 3 left that we kept) and they woould all come running down the hall and duck into their room.. They STILL do it..

It cracks us up.. These three grown up cats lounging around and all we have to do is sayu "One baby, Two"..and all 3 show up:) The two from the next litter horn in too, even though they don;t know why.. They see Sweets, Marvin & Chinny running to us and they join in :)

We have very obedient cats :)

27. What a wonderful story -

Max was sick when we got him, so he got held a lot. I would wake up in the morning, pick him up and carry him around in my arm (he was so tiny) - now, when I wake up, he rubs against me and wants to be held. I put him around my shoulders like a boa while I mull around the kitchen making coffee, etc. He just sits there purring. I never knew.

It's the people who reply, not you. Also, there are groups here who reply to each other's threads. If you're a loner like me, it's more of a lottery.
