1. That's a great idea, but I rarely use credit cards

I use cash via my debit card. I have a few credit cards in case of emergency and to use to rent a car, which is rare.

I think we can do more like let our Democrats know, we are FED UP.

But I do think that holding back on blowing our disposable income on consumer CRAP, is a good one. As well as not paying interest on the JUNK.

2. The trick is to send credit card solicitations you receive

back to the credit card companies with some blunt message attached. Perhaps the text of today's bill. Or perhaps you send them to Joe Biden's office.

consumer crap - I mean, we're really hurtin' here.

4. This is the incentive I need

to get rid of my extra cards... I have one that gives me a 1% rebate on everything I buy, and another that gives me a 5% rebate on gasoline. But I have several more that I never use. I am going to cut them up, send them back to the companies with a letter telling them it's my protest against the new law just passed. And I think make sure that the Dems that voted for this get an e-mail to that effect. It's not much, but maybe if lots of people (those who can) do this, it would have an impact.
