How depressing
The Ohio republican and democrat legislators recently passed a law where we will have to pay a fee to get into all state parks.People who can't afford recreational activities take their children to these parks because it's free. Not anymore. What's next? Will we have to pay "storage" fees to cemeteries? I can't believe this country anymore. It's not the same country I was raised in.Bu$h cutting funding for everything he can get his grubby hands on is the cause of this. Why doesn't someone STOP this idiot? Why is he getting by with all the crap he is doing? If any president ever deserved to be impeached,it's this one. Why does he hate the poor and elderly so much?

7. get him OUT !
It amazes me that more people aren't outraged by bush's constant dogging of the middle and lower classes.

4. "Why does he hate the poor and elderly so much?"
As a fundie told me, poor people are poor for the sins against god. As for old people, sins cause old age.

Silly me, I thought it was oxidants.

5. We have this in TN now.
$3/car. Charging people to visit a public state park is flat wrong;
totally defeats the purpose of the parks.

9. How does that work?
Do they have a booth where you have to stop and pay before you can get in? If so,don't they have to pay the person who collects the money? It doesn't make any sense to me. I'm not sure how they are going to do it here, but I never dreamed I would see anything like this in MY lifetime. :(

15. They have places throughout the park
where you put your money in, and get a piece of paper showing that
you paid. I think you can buy a yearly pass, too.
The park rangers are tied up being 'meter minders',
harassing the public, instead of fostering a love of nature. :(

16. That's terrible
I have to wait and see if this really happens here. I read it in one of the local papers in front of a store. I didn't buy the paper,I was so mad when I saw that on the front page. If they really start charging here,I won't be going to any parks. I refuse to go along with handing over my money everytime they come up with a new scam. It's gotten to the place where I actually can't stand this country anymore....well...not the country itself, but the fascist nazis running it. :(

8. If tax payer dollars fund public parks, the admission fee
has already been paid. And you're right . . . this isn't the same country it used to be. It's very sad.

13. Everything is ran by republicans
Why can't the voters see that when they vote for republicans they are hurting themselves too,not just the "big bad Liberals"? I can't understand why people are just sitting back and letting these jerks keep taking our money and stripping us of our rights after doing it.The gas is going to be so high, who can afford to do anything but the repuke rich bu$h voters?Looks like another summer of sitting home, because I hate the thought of paying these outragous prices only to help the big oil companies get richer and then donate millions to bu$h and his gang of thugs. It really upsets me.

10. At least it shows some fiscal sanity and will give the parks ......
.... some money to run on.

bush is a nightmare ....... remember Ohio's rainy day fund and budget surpluses?

Conkle's Hollow is a national treasure ...... and we might loose it because of bush.

To him the outdoors is a stocked bass pond.

Things to do
1. Prove election fraud (make the repugs defend the indefensible.)
2. Push through verifiable voting reform
3. Win '06 ...... make bush the issue.......
4. Impeach bush
