Ward Churchill had better watch out
I just heard O'Reilly state the following:" The guy's a traitor, a traitor, he's just a traitor. And what do you do with traitors during war time?"

He then went on a long rant about how ultimately everybody has to get behind their country at a time like this - yeah right, Shrill, when everybody else is hurtling themselves over a cliff, I'm really gonna go with them.

But seriously - some wack-job will have heard that and decided to get rid of the "traitor" in our midst.

Think I'm going to report him to the FCC.

4. His exact words
I just e-mailed the FCC commissioners. I don't expect much from them, however.

5. Shit. He just suggested a death sentence for the guy!!!
This is precisely the kind of "hate speech" that has GOT to be controlled. If we're not willing to advocate for some reasonable boundaries on this venomous hate-mongering, we're really risking our own safety.

Absolutely monstrous!!!

6. Didn't Annthrax say the same thing more than once during her
last appearance of c-span? (Last Friday I think.) Among other names I'm pretty sure that she used traitor more than once.

7. you are right --some wacho could take o'lielly seriouly and take a whack
at Churchhill. Traitor is a word that should be handled with kid gloves, not tossed about as bill o. does.

8. What an idiot.
What O'Reilly doesn't get is that Churchill is a reverse mirror image of HIM. A blowhard who spews crap without thinking. He probably is not loyal to our government, but I don't think he's committed a crime. Besides, a lot of us think our government has betrayed the PEOPLE.

There are probably more than a few people who would like to off O'Liely, too.

9. Churchill has already
said that the right has same as called a "hit" on him. I listened to him on FSTV and I find NO PROBLEM with his thoughts.

10. Well, I think he was unbelievably insensitive in the wake of 9-11
But I think he was in his rights to say what he said, and he's no more a traitor than anyone else opposed to this govt's corrupt policies.

Funny that they would put a hit on him. Reminds me of Salman Rushdie and the Islamist wackos. There are so many parallels, it would be funny if it wasn't so sad...
