What's the "back story" about Walmart worker voting AGAINST unions 17-1?

Pretty hard to believe there'd be such a margin, IF the vote was taken fairly (ie: anonymously, etc)

There's GOT to be a 'back story' for this - anyone heard what REALLY happened???

1. Form a union, close a Wal-Mart.
That is what happened in Canada, and that's what will happen here.
