Anybody seen the July issue of Penthouse? Nice article in there.
I just now opened up my new July issue of Penthouse and was amazed it had an article in there blasting the sh*t out of Bush and his whole administration. Talks about how phony the "war on terror" is and the actual reasons the department of "Homeland Security" was set up. Basically accusing Bush and his criminal gang of intentionally trying to set up a police state and plunder/make war with various countries for profit and steal their natural resources. I couldn't believe I was reading this in freaking Penthouse!!! It was written by a guy named Douglas Valentine which I have never heard of. Anybody know who he is? It's a pretty damn good article and dead on to exactly what's going on in this country right now. Hopefully some of my fellow perverts that are in the dark that get Penthouse will read it and get them to pull their heads out of the sand:).

7. That's him DU Reader. Thanks for the links.
I read the Homeland Insecurity article you provided with your link. It has a similiar theme as the article in Penthouse. Kudos to Penthouse for allowing this in their publication. I guess it just proves that it's not always all about the women when buy a porn mag:).

4. Penthouse and Playboy. . .
I will admit I do not buy them for the articles. . .but the articles are what make these things keepers! Seriously. It would be great if all libraries could get text only versions of the magazines. I am serious! I first learned about Richard Mellon Scaife in Penthouse.

11. Playboy's articles now utterly without merit
I got on a list about a year ago to start getting a free subscription, and I was shocked at the poor quality of today's Playboy. For instance, they featured two major pieces on casino gambling, one on the MIT blackjack team, one on getting VIP comps, and both contained huge, glaring, major errors. The blackjack piece was obviously puffed up in hopes of getting a movie screenplay bid, which it did receive, but it should never have been published as a work of nonfiction. And the interviews have featured such fascinating interviews as Lisa Marie Presley, who had nothing to say and lots of time to say it. Sad, really.

They had a piece on organ transplants that convinced me that one of two things had to be true 1) a person would have to be nuts to be an organ donor because it greatly increases your chances of being harvested OR 2) the article maybe, just maybe was just as much of an exaggeration as the gambling pieces.

One issue even had a feel-good piece on W! Ugh!

12. Playboy has gone seriously downhill in the last few years
Now the "Playboy Interview" is with people like Tom Green, Jimmy Kimmel, and Tobey McGuire. Used to have people like Jimmy Carter, Malcolm X, even William F. Buckley.

5. this douglas valentine?
First name to come up on Google was this:

http://www.douglasvalentine.com/

Worked as private investigator for the family of Martin Luther King, helped Woody Harrelson's dad get a new trial, wrote a book on the Phoenix Program?

Sounds like an interesting guy.

Truth to tell, I thought Penthouse had gone broke...they were having severe financial problems awhile back. Is Guccione still running the show over there? I wish them well...Playboy is completely tamed and within the past year even ran an article more or less sanitizing the Boy King. Esquire has a good issue out about the Democratic contenders and Wesley Clarke, and they make no secret of their disgust with the current administration but they offer slim pickings in the way of titillation.

8. The Pornography Industry supports the Democrats
Porn corporations rake in big bucks for Democrats, so of course Penthouse would write articles against Bush.
