SUBTITLE I. CRIMINAL OFFENSES.
CHAPTER 27. PROSTITUTION; PANDERING.
§ 22-2701. Inviting for purposes of prostitution prohibited.

TEXT (a)

(a) It shall not be lawful for any person to invite, entice, persuade, or address for the purpose of inviting, enticing, or persuading, any person or persons in the District of Columbia for the purpose of prostitution or any other immoral or lewd purpose. The penalties for violation of this section shall be a fine of $500 and no less than one day but no more than 90 days imprisonment for the first offense, a fine of $750 and no less than one day but no more than 135 days imprisonment for the second offense, and a fine of $1,000 and no less than one day but no more than 180 days imprisonment for the third and each subsequent offense. Any person convicted of a violation of this section may be sentenced to community service as an alternative to, but not in addition to, any term of imprisonment authorized by this section.

§ 22-2701.01. Definitions.


For the purposes of this act, the term:


TEXT (1)
(1) "Prostitution" means the engaging, agreeing to engage, or offering to engage in sexual acts or contacts with another person in return for a fee.

TEXT (2)
(2) "Public place" means any street, sidewalk, bridge, alley, plaza, park, driveway, parking lot, transportation facility, or the doorways and entrance ways to any building which fronts on any of these locations, or a motor vehicle in or on any such place.

TEXT (3)
(3) "Arranging for prostitution" means any act to procure or attempt to procure or otherwise arrange for the purpose of prostitution, regardless of whether such procurement or arrangement occurred or a fee was paid.

§ 22-3803. Definitions.


For the purposes of this chapter:


TEXT (1)
(1) The term "sexual psychopath" means a person, not insane, who by a course of repeated misconduct in sexual matters has evidenced such lack of power to control his or her sexual impulses as to be dangerous to other persons because he or she is likely to attack or otherwise inflict injury, loss, pain, or other evil on the objects of his or her desire.

2. Hmmmm....good point.
Surely, the DC police still arrest and the DA prosecutes hookers in Washington, DC? Or is the problem so great inside the beltway that they've given up?

3. DISTRACTION
The real problem is that somebody high up in the White House waived a background check, letting a serious blackmail risk into the inner circle.

Just think if an Iranian agent instead of a blogger had dug up all the stuff this guy changed his name to hide.

The possibilities boggle the mind.

Also, there's a question of why Guckert?

They could have found a right wing cub reporter who was already credentialed and who would have passed a check to shill for them. Why go with a guy under an alias who needed a fake news service created for him?
