My point is, if mostly male legislators and religious leaders can use the bible as justification for controlling women's bodies, then we, women, can use the bible to justify controlling men's bodies. Since the bible says jerking-off is an abomination to God, then it should be illegal to do so. According to the bible, each sperm is potential life (remember, at that time, the woman was just there to receive and grow a baby. There was no understanding that she contributed in any way to the actual genetics of a human being), and masturbation is the equivalent of abortion.
