Good thing he's on CNN. They could not possibly have a more vapid group and he balances it out well. Just watching him, he makes quite an appeal for you to believe him.

1. I like him-

I first saw him when he was covering 9/11 so I've only ever seen him in semi-sentimental mode, but it works for him. somehow he's able to straddle that and still be a credible newsman, I guess because he seems like a guy who has a respect for old style reporting.

3. About 10 or more years ago I used to watch him on World News Now.

I think it was ABC. He used to do the entire overnight shift, if I recall. Same delivery. He was/is like the Letterman of News. However, Keith Olberman is my new fave. I think he beats Aaron, hands down.
