Anything in my entire life I have prayed for did not happen. Everything. I tried not to pray about the election and got suckered in. I will nor ever do that again. I have never even prayed for a sports team that won. I stoped watching the local team because I jinxed them. I really almost believe this. And I may stop voting. Every candidate I support loses.Everyone. Does anyone else have a track record like this. BTW, evry sick person or pet I have prayed for , including my parents died. Every job I wanted or project I threw my passion into failed.I don't think I had better vote ever again.

7. you think you were the only one praying?

look at the numbers. Statistically speaking, around 50 percent's prayers weren't answered, Hardly a numerical certainty either way re: God. Spiritually speaking, this is just my opinion - i have seen more evidence of absolute evil in the last 4 years than i care to think about, and it confirms for me the evidence that there is a Devil and he's dressing up as "God".

C'mon you can honestly look at Pat Robertson and not KNOW that there is a Satan? :evilgrin:

8. There is a big myth about prayer

That is promoted by the religious right mostly, and that is that you can pray for blessings from God. That is not the case as Jesus tried his best to tell us;
He said; "When you pray lock yourself in the closet and pray in secret, so that hearing you in secret God can reward you openly. And when you pray ask only for enough to eat today and that you be forgiven for your trespasses as you forgive others"
The wisdom of that is lost on most people.
