12. That's fine with me. As a northern New Yorker, I'd be all for becoming

part of Quebec, should things go poorly by some chance tonight. I like it there, and the people for the most part are pretty liberal, at least the ones that I know and do business with. New York, Quebec has a nice ring to it, eh?
