I saw someone holding that sign (ironically) during the anti-war protests
in DC in '03.

this was in D.C. in '03

but they weren't being ironic.. these were counter-demonstrators. In this picture, you can see the guy holding the banner being interviewed. I overheard the interview, and trust me, he was NOT being ironic.

It looks more like an F18 than an F16. But anyhow, it looks to me that those are alot of the systems that Sen. Kerry wanted to cut. Not sure, but thats what it looks like.
