Attention: Librarycard (Kerry endorsement update)
The D&C finally got around to doing the right thing (Kerry endorsement), and as promised I'm keeping you up to date...

Our recommendation for president

(October 24, 2004) — In what's expected to be one of the few back-to-back close presidential elections in the nation's history, many Americans will make their choice based on which candidate makes them feel safe.

With the possibility of another domestic terrorist strike in the back of most Americans' minds, attention to safety certainly should be a priority. But it would be a huge mistake to make homeland security the sole deciding factor. America's next leader also must be keenly adept at handling the nation's myriad concerns, which include getting the war in Iraq on the right track, controlling the nation's spiraling deficit and fixing Social Security and Medicare for current and future generations.

Democrats John Kerry and John Edwards offer the best hope for America. They are the Democrat and Chronicle's choices for president and vice president....(rest of endorsement at below URL)
