I'm worried about Zogby's battleground results
because I read a while back that the Freepers were registering as dems on his site and saying they were for Bush to throw off the results..

1. I hope they vote for Kerry on November 2 to throw off the exit polls.

3. I was the one who said that...
I said it MIGHT be possible, but I wasn't sure. It was just pure speculation on my part. I wouldn't put it past them, but yet I have no proof.

Didn't mean to scare you.

4. Would take a lot to really skew things

I know the Freepers are relentless, but are there millions of them following through on this? And will their tiny pea brains enable them to correctly answer the control questions like a Dem? Probably not.

5. Who cares about the internet numbers
He will release telephone battleground too. I don't think anybody is really paying attention to the internet numbers.

8. People, people, stop freaking out about the polls
First off, we all know that they are biased. Secondly, their methodology is suspect to say the least. Third, they go up and down on a whim.

Instead, believe what you're eyes are telling you out in the real world, that record numbers, the vast majority Kerry supporters, of voters are registering. The debates were a win across the board for Kerry. Bushco is being forced to scream "Terror, Fear, Terror, Fear!!" because that is all they have left. Newspapers across the country are endorsing Kerry, even conservative ones like my hometown paper, because Bush is such an obvious fuck up. Look around, see for yourself the desperation, the obvious , no holds barred spin that is being launched. And realize that yes, we have the votes to win this thing, in a walk!

Now then, that doesn't mean that you should stop working, we've got to see this through to the end. We've got the upper hand, but we've got to keep pressing. We've got to get the vote out now and for the next two weeks. We have also got to do all we can in order to make sure that all the votes are counted correctly.

What we don't need to do is to keep freaking out over every little blip in the polls. They're meaningless pieces of spin, and the energy that you spin fretting about them is energy that you cannot put to better use.

So cheer up, chin up. We've got lots of work left to do, but the outlook REALLY REALLY IS GOOD. So let's all go and make sure that we bring this election home, OK.
