anyone up for a research project?
Edited on Tue Oct-19-04 02:30 AM by grasswire
It's pretty interesting that the California company that owns the vaccine production plant in UK is totally kept out of the news about the shortage.

I wonder about this company. Are there ties to Bushco? Who are the principals?

Anyone want to kick this and work on it? I'm due for some sleep, but very interested in knowing why we are only hearing about the UK factory and not the parent.

1. okay, right off the bat...
...I find that Chiron IS the name of the parent company.

Here's a big page of stories about them.

3. Can pull it all up on Google.
Looks like a world wide business. China may own it for all I know. Once China has more of our debt we will not have to worry about Bush any how. Funny how no one found it odd that Bush said Can. drugs may not be safe and we were getting drugs from England and they were not safe. Did he know this ?Or are the drugs we take just not safe?

4. I think that we're barking up the wrong tree.
Here's the opensecrets query results for employers of Chiron. Most contributed to Dems including Dean and Kerry.

One thing that confuses me, though. How do you contribute to your own company and how is it considered a "campaign contribution"? The only thing I can figure is it's money used for lobbying.
