1. An attorney for Franken's publisher contacted me on Monday.

I sent Penguin books an email about FAUX using the advertisement, "It's Miller Time on Hannity and Colmes." They asked me to send them the tape; saying they wanted to copy it and reimburse me for the postage.

I posted last Friday that I heard the ad on FAUX and found it ironic that Franken was in court at the time on a trademark violation. Someone here gave me an email address to his publicity person who must have forwarded it to their attorneys. I received a very nice email thanking me and asking if I would send them the tape to copy.

And has not so much "sold out" as finally found his level---as a hate-spewing, Bush-licking stooge on FUCKS NEWS.

I hated him in the 80s on SNL--he was a Reaganite smug-ass then as he is now.

Plus his supposedly esoteric and intellectual "references" are strickly pedestrian, and often reveal more ignorance than wit or knowledge.
