Americans were at the forefront of the idea that there should be public parks and protected areas. Initiatives like the EPA, the Endangered Species and Clean Air Acts, even LBJ's highway beautification initiatives, are now copied worldwide. It's unbelievable, that this man would try to destroy all of this, and simultaneously pat himself on the back as a "good steward".
