Kerry Opens Leads in Several Key States
WASHINGTON - Sen. John Kerry (news - web sites) has opened narrow leads in Florida, Michigan, New Hampshire and a handful of other battleground state polls since accepting the Democratic nomination, increasing pressure on President Bush (news - web sites) to regain lost ground at the Republican National Convention.

2. i read a new ohio poll out today too
that has kerry ahead by 3 or 4.
