In the past decade have the Republicans been right about anything?
When Clinton submitted his 1993 budget every single Republican voted against it. They made a unified stand against it and said it would completely destroy the American economy. It was passed by only one vote ,the Vice President's, and America went on to experience the greatest economic expansion in it's history. They said 100,000 additional police on the streets would not reduce crime. During the Clinton years crime fell every single year.(Crime is rising steadily under Bush*) They said there was such a large surplus that tax cuts were needed and there would still be a huge amount of money left over for any economic decline , which if tax cuts were made couldn't possibly happen. They said the most important thing was to stop deficit spending and went on to create the largest deficits in history. They said Iraqis would be throwing flowers at our troops. we know what they are throwing and it isn't flowers. They said gays would destroy marriage. There are plenty of gays around and marriage seems to be doing just fine. I can not think of a single thing they have claimed that has proved to be true. Why should we ever believe a thing they say? When they gather the Media together to make an announcement why doesn't the Media say "Why should we believe you?"

2. Actually that is not true either
Clinton was asked if he had sexual relations with her and he was given a list of definitions of what sexual relations was. A blow job was not on the list so by their own definition he did not have sexual relations with Monica.

4. They did one thing VERY good! They raised the
speed limit on interstate highways from 55-75 miles per hour. That is the best thing the Rethugs have EVER done since Teddy Roosevelt!

5. I have to disagree on this one also
I believe in Conservation and safety. I believe raising the speed limit is contrary to both.

Kindness is the core of dem party.

Hi speed is hi death rate from accidents... very unkind.

speed is narcissic love of thrills... at the expense of victims. Other thrills exist, find them.

PS repubs , since the mid-20's, which is all i know about, have been wrong about everything.

Conservatism, by definition , is a brake on progress. Since we have always had homeless, and it is fatal to some of them, any slowing of progress ... which ends severe poverty.... any slowing of progress is a willingness to continue the deaths of the least among us.

So, republicans ALWAYS wrong. Never have they been the least help to america. They have brought great harm to us.
