Pruis Named Car of the Year by Motor Trend Magazine

This is a somewhat old story in that it was published in June, but I just found out about the story today. The editor of the magazine, who does not like electric cars, said he liked the Prius. Later in the magazine their was a writeup about the car. I did not read the writeup because I did not have the time, but I was happily surprised that the car was chosen as the car of the year. It was not that I thought that the car was bad it was just that I did not really think the car magazines would give it such praise
