11. Hersh said the Mosad were with the Kurds in Northern Iraq and running
operations into Syria and Iran, disrupting sporting events and setting up spy equipment etc....
Israel is worried about Iran. But the turks are not happy haveing Israel in northern Iraq.

15. Ah, no wonder the Kurds in Syria have been getting more restless...
I've posted several articles on the Kurds in SYria, one only a couple of weeks ago in the World Media Watch...

First, there was the sporting event that turned into a huge riot, with oubreaks all around.

The latest article I posted said that the Kurds were getting more and more vocal about wanting citizenship. It also detailed the problems Assad is having. He first proposed reforms, but the hardliners have pretty much squelched reforms in Syria. And, on top of that, the Kurds are getting much more active in trying to push the envelope.

Now, we hear the Mossad are involved....wow.

5. He says that six months ago, Mossad concluded US was toast in Iraq.
Not militarily defeated obviously, but not able to win the occupation.

Barak told Cheney, all that is left now is to choose "the size of your humiliation".

10. Because that is his real name. Wolf is either his middle name or
something that he uses because he probably thinks it is more manly.

Edited on Sun Jun-20-04 12:21 PM by zwielicht
hersh said iraqi p.m. allawi worked very close with saddam for many years, and worked in a "hit team" in "very bloody operations" against dissidents of the baath-party all over europe, a wave called "wet ops" by the russians(?)

on edit: and i thought he had "worked" and laid bombs for the cia or some other american i.s.!? did they work that close with saddam!?
