1. No...
but in the debates people would see Bush on one side and a lawn gnome on the other. The lawn gnome would also mumble things ina monotone voice such as "vouchers are good" "keep God in the schools" "I like to bomb kids" and his jowels would jiggle when he talked.....

2. Same god. Same problem.
It would be a stultifyingly sanctimonious foray into the nauseating, wouldn't it?

Not gonna happen; Quisling Joe'll never get the nomination.

Having said that, and as much as I loathe Lieberman, he's an infinitely better organism than Junior, if nothing else by dint of actually being a human being. I also truly believe he believes, whereas I'm deeply distrusful of Smirky.

I was eating. Thanks.

He believes alright...in all the big business bank rollers that Bush believes in.

Lieberman has always struck me as a republicrat. Just really doesn't seem like he's on our side does it?

6. No
For now, Jews, Catholics, Protestants, etc., still have common enemies - Muslims, atheists, and Wiccans. Only when we're dead, converted by force, or out of the USA, will various Christian denominations start fighting amongst themselves. Jews will be spared but only because Revelations states that on judgment day all Jews will either convert to Christianity or be killed.

Rather, it'd turn into a referendum on management and efficiency: who kills Iraqis better? Who'll turn the USA into a theocracy faster? Who'll foster a second Dark Age better?
