Powell used the term "nuclear" 22 times in his fst presentation to the UNSC on Iraq. He does not use that term much these days!

It's never about what Bush refused to say. It's just about what he says over and over and over....and the media asks whether people agree or disagree with the empty rhetoric. Never changes....
