bu$h lives in a vaccuum. His quote of the day.
From an e-mail I recieved.

"I like to have a clear outlook. It can be a frustrating experience to pay attention to somebody's false opinion or somebody's characterization, which simply isn't true. I don't watch the nightly newscasts on TV, nor do I watch the endless hours of people giving their opinion about things. I don't read the editorial pages; I don't read the columnists."

He doesnt care about your opinion.

1. He made that quite clear...
...after all the antiwar demonstrations before the Iraq invasion. The voice of the people is the equivalent of a "focus group" apparently. A focus group that he would prefer to ignore. Asshole.

5. What Thomas Jefferson thought
Thomas Jefferson in 1787

"The basis of our governments being the opinion of the people, the very first object should be to keep that right; and were it left to me to decide whether we should have a government without newspapers, or newspapers without a government, I should not hesitate a moment to prefer the latter."

Jefferson must be rolling in his grave.
