On the Berg story...........
I just read this article I saw on Buzzflash, and it just hit me. There were supposedly MP's ( see below ). There was also a question of what he was doing there and also some question about a possible connection to Mossaui. Suppose the MP's, in trying to get information from him that they thought he had, accidentally killed him. Might they then try and cover that up by making it appear that he was murdered by terrorists?

How plausible does that sound to anyone? I mean it just hit me like lightning. Why would the U.S. try and deny their involvemnt with him?

WASHINGTON (CNN) -- A coalition spokesman said Friday that U.S. military police may have been at the Iraqi facility where Nicholas Berg was held before his murder, but he insisted that Berg was never in U.S. custody, as others believe

1. Getting more plausible with everything I read.
Does anyone have a internet connection to the beheading? I'd like to see for myself what everyone else is saying.

2. They may have been there?
What kind of crap is that?

The video is at http://www.thememoryhole.org

This is all very suspicious, just like everything these people do.

3. Makes sense.
I think he was dead when they beheaded him. If he were alive, he would have struggled more (even in the handcuffs), and there would have been a large amount of blood splatter on the wall and surrounding area if there had been blood pumping through the carotid artery.

4. We know this administration
lies about everything. So whatever they say is in doubt. Still, we can only have theories at this point, because there are far too many unknowns. There are clearly people strongly opposed to the US occupation who, outraged by the torture photos, are capable of this type of thing. It does fit in with methods reportedly used in the past. So, it makes sense to keep an open mind, and not put too much weight on anything reported by the administration or Fox. Likewise, it makes sense not to jump to conclusions based on equally suspect paranoid sources who have made some weak claims. We are not getting much more information than the tip of the ice cube yet.

5. You don't want to know what I really think.....
I would be very curious to know who had contact with him after April 9th.

What condition was the body in when it was found?

And yeah, why would they lie/deny about having him in custody since none of the prisons that we know about were OUT OF CONTROL.

Why did all of those prisoners released today have regular clothing on when they were shown on the bus and getting off of the bus?

6. That's what I think
The mannerisms of the "terrorists" hit me the very first time I watched it. They just seemed to stand and behave in that American soldier way.

But yeah, I think he was dead and beheaded afterwards. No matter who did it.

Anybody have a link of any terrorist videos, to make a comparison of "body language".

7. Could you give us a link to either the CNN story or the Buzzflash story?
I haven't been able to find either one.

I think the information that US miliarty police "may have" been there wtih Berg is important. Need a link for future reference and verification. Thanks.

8. OK, here's my analysis.
Three main possibilities about Berg's identity:
1. Berg was a spy
2. Berg was a terrorist
3. Berg was innocent

There are also three main possible killers
A. Killed by terrorists
B. Killed by Americans
C. Wasn't killed at all. (Someone was, just not Berg.)

Analysis:
1+A. Wouldn't the terrorists have said he was a spy?
1+B. Highly unlikely that Americans would kill a spy of our own.
1+C. Intriguing. Right out of James Bond. A fake murder to allow Berg to disappear.

2+A. If Berg was a terrorist, it is unlikely he would have been killed by terrorists.
2+B. Wouldn't they have just sent him to Gitmo?
2+C. This possibility doesn't really make much sense.

3+A. Quite possible. Maybe just because he was Jewish. Maybe wrong place/wrong time.
3+B. This would be the choice if you believe it was to be a distaction to the scandal.
3+C. If Berg was innocent and not killed, then we've either got terrorists being brutal, or an extension of the torture at the prison.

I don't know what to make of this. I'm just a list making kind of person.
