Did Joe Lieberman ever ask Saudi Arabia to apologize for 9/11?

I mean..after all, his justification for Bush not apologizing was that nobody apologized for 9/11. As I recall, those planes were piloted and staffed primarily by Saudi nationals...were they not?

So, I will give a GOLD STAR to any DU'er who can refer me to a quote following 9/11 that demonstrates that Joe Lieberman demanded that the Saudis apologize.
