The photo of Lynndie leading a nude Iraqi on a leash is an insult not so much for its sado-machism but because it is calculated to identify him as a "dog." That's one of the very worst insults that can be directed at an Arab--a mortal insult. How did Lynndie come t know this? How did she happen to have a leash?

There was a program called "Warrior Ethos" that was started to reduce the number of troops needed to simultaneously occupy places around the world.

One thing I noticed is that they went outside the armed forces and hired and trained private citizens, who were young and many were traumatized by connections to 911.

4. Since Sept 11 there has been a lot of ahem sharing

of tecnniques by all Intelligence Services... Sorry but I think this is just an attempt to just blame ONE source of this exchange. You think the Spaniars did not know of this? For that matter the French knew of this (Algeria and all that) Hell a google search, of which our CIA is capable of, can reveal this... FAST.

For once give credit where it is DUE... NOT a foreign power, but OUR OWN PEOPLE.

it's totally our (well, Bush, Rummy, et al's) fault. I just mean that they can't blame it on a few (spontaneously) bad apples when they're hired people to train us in such skills
