Anyone see the photo of Sen Richard Shelby holding hands with Saddam?

Anyone see the photo of Sen Richard Shelby holding hands with Saddam?
It is in the new book by Joseph Wilson. He was on C-SPAN this AM and the photo was shown. I had never heard of this photo. It was taken in 1988 when Shelby was still a "Democrat" but I wonder how the folks in Alabama will react to this lovely photo??
