However, they are for sale to a commercial or noncommercial entity. In the last year, it's gotten 41 million hits from 91 countries. If anyone has any contacts in this business, it's a good chance to keep an alternative news source alive.

All things in life always come to their logical conclusion. “War in Iraq ” is no exception. With great sadness we have to inform you that the project had to be shut down. The reason is that the burden of seeing to and administering such a complex project, coupled with the nervousness considering its usage and transfer to a certain Russian non-profit organization, had gone way beyond those resources we’re able to dedicate to the task.

he last, and very painful question is about the possibility of commercial sale of the project. Our team had a very heated internal debates on the matter for the past few days, whether we should accept such an offer. Our conclusion is that if such sale will help to give the project a new life, than in best interests of all would be to go for it. We hope that a person who knowingly spends a (somewhat) significant amount of money buying a project does have some clear and understandable plans for its future (even if they differ from what we would’ve liked).
