Bush "Disappointed" with US Troops
HOW DARE HE?

How. Dare. He.

I am SO angry over that comment.

He needs to get shot at like they are; He needs to go over there and lead on the ground in person.

What an a$$hole.

3. He was talking about undertrained Iraqi troops
Yeah, he's an asshole, no doubt, but let's stick to hating him for shit he DID say and do. He said nothing bad about US troops.

23. Nope....he said "OUR" troops. Period.
It kind of surprised me, too. I was wondering, "hey, did I miss something that some of our troops did?" What's the deal?

12. He said...
...many of OUR troops....not coalition, not Iraqi. He's thrown around the phrase "Iraqi people" enough....he could have been specific if thats what he meant. I don't think thats what he meant. Like everything else....he is shifting the blame elsewhere....now its the troops fault.

15. Bush slips up again
I'm pretty sure that YOU are right, he said "OUR TROOPS"... but
I didn't quite hear (or parse) what he had said just before that,
so this could be just another slip up.

16. Then Bush can buy a gun, haul his apostate ass over to Iraq and shoot
beside them. I agree entirely.

Filthy fucking TRAITOR he is, for thinking that, let alone saying that, when you consider Iraq was a war of VENGEANCE - of which he used 9/11, which was a definite LIHOP and MIHOP is still not beyond a reasonable doubt...

Not to forget vet bennies he's whittled dowm, along with everything else -the list of which is too much to rememebr and too much to write in one post.

Man, this country has really taken a plummet and *, NOT CLINTON DAMMIT, is the fucking cause.

4 years ago, people wondered how bad * could make things.

Well, now we know.

If people have developed even one brain cell, they'll think to never vote for a fuckin' neocon ever again.

27. He was referring to Iraqi troops-I'm reading the transcript right now
"We'll also need to continue training the Iraqi troops. I was disappointed in the performance of some of the troops. Some of the units performed brilliantly. Some of them didn't. And we need to find out why. If they're lacking in equipment, we'll get them equipment. If there needs to be more intense training, we'll get more intense training."

I can understand how you were mistaken though. He only referred to them as Iraqi once throughout the whole paragraph.

See for yourselves though. Its about 2/3 of the way to the bottom.
