11. The DNS resolved just fine. I tried to ping several times today...

and "http://democraticunderground.com" resolved to an IP address just fine. But no packet got through. I'm guessing Denial Of Service myself...

15. Same here, same results

I was thinking a router got overwhelmed somewhere along the way.

www.bartcopnation.com, however, didn't resolve today, and still won't resolve to an IP. bartcopnation.com, oddly enough, seems to get redirected by something to www.bartcopnation.com, but then it won't resolve.

Actually, to be completely honest, I was pleasantly surprised that there was a thread there condemning Scalia's tape-recorder incident, with no one (yet) supporting the marshall's actions. Yes, it chokes me to say it, but it is true.

The thought even ran across my mind that the FBI shut it down and arrested the DU employees, just kidding. Or maybe they were planting new tracking software to have better control over us.

It was probably just an overloaded router that went down?
