There are plenty of "classics" that are gender-neutral. My favorite--and it's VERY applicable to Condi--would be "shit-f'r-brains." Those who don't appreciate the profanity can go with "nitwit" or "dimwit" or simply "fool." Watch two hours of "The Three Stooges" and you're set with a full vocabulary.

They're all just as effective as "bitch" but are specifically targeted at the victim's intelligence instead of their genitals.
