Air America has a station listed under "Inland Empire". Isn't that the Conservative Central Valley region? At least we're launching a station beyond a normally Liberal area (I want more than just "preaching to the choir"...we need a presence in Red and swing states!)

no, inland empire refers to the san bernardino valley east of la. there are very poor neighboorhoods in san bernardino, rialto, fontana etc. but then there is redlands which i'm guessing is 95% repuke.

4. Up here in the NW . .
. . the Inland Empire is that area east of the North Cascade Mtn range (east of Seattle) centered around Spokane WA. It runs north to the Canadian border, south to Tri-cities (Richland, Kennwick, Pasco) and generally includes the Idaho Panhandle.
