Poll question: Supporters of one-time candidates, will you donate money to Kerry?
Or campaign for him? In my case, I am not committing anything to Kerry but I will vote for him November 2nd. I just cannot fork over any cash nor spend time campaigning for a man who played a part in railroading who I felt was the better man for the job...Howard Dean. And no. I will never get over it.

John

1. voting alone doesn't do squat
As a former Dean campaign staffer told me - "democracy is a self service industry, you want your guy to win? then get off your ass and make him win"
I thought others were better than Kerry. Kerry won which tells me he was better at it then them. Since it is unlikely that the blessed department of homeland security will process my citizenship application before 2008 - I cannot vote. But I will have more impact (small though it may be) on who wins than people who only vote. I will be donating from my tiny bank account and working my skinny blue scottish butt of for John Kerry - my third choice.

2. I have the same feelings. Kerry is what's wrong with this party...

He gets my vote, but I can't support him. Whether it was Dean or somebody else, this party needs to be true to it's core supporters, and Kerry's not it.

Is Kerry better than Bush? Oh. Hell yeah.

Is he going to bring about the real changes that we need? Nope.

I'll live with Kerry for four years if that gives us a leg up on a President that's really going to make a difference.

3. Yes
First I supported Dean. Then Clark. I gave the General money and I will enthusiastically support the Dem Nominee and donate as much money as I can afford.

There is too much at stake to let these fascist bastards have another term in office.
