Or so it would seem.

After all, we had that "massive buildup" of WMD just after the Gulf war, which caused "poor George" to be the "victim" of "bad intelligence" (you can only sarcastically use quotes so many times in one sentence, sorry).

But now all of those weapons are gone. And it wasn't anything Bush did, as we can see.

Another accomplishment for Clinton, I guess.
