OK, now don't freak out, please, because some people are going to call this link racist.

http://vdare.com/

But it isn't -- trust me. I have been reading it for years. They frequently have guest and regular minority writers of Asian, African American and Hispanic heritage.

Anyone who says vdare is racist will get an argument from me. However, you are entitled to your opinion.

Today they have a nice detailed article about the Bush family and its many connections to mexico, and many observations on Bush himself, and other matters. The article is worth reading for the links alone!

Hopefully, the fact that I am of mestizo/creole heritage, have an Asian immigrant wife, and my obviously leftist politics (Kucinich for prez!) will shield me from the flames of those who have little tolerance for diverse viewpoints.

Edit: here are some excerpts:

...

Forget the amnesty for a moment. Just consider Bush's "temporary worker" program. Judging from the three White House statements this week, as I wrote in a UPI article, anybody on the face of the Earth (not just Mexicans) will get the right to move to America country for an indefinite number of years, with their families, as long as they have a job offer paying the minimum wage of $10,712 per year.

...

Mr. Bush simply does not like to think. That's one of the two main lessons in the first and probably most objective biography of the man, First Son: George W. Bush and the Bush Family Dynasty by reporter Bill Minutaglio. He interviewed 300 people who had known George W. So far as I can tell, he couldn't find a single one who remembered the future President ever saying anything interesting.

I've often wondered why Bush rarely fires any of his advisors, no matter how incompetent they prove. This weekend the reason became clear when one of the few important figures he's dumped went public. Jonathan Weisman reported in the Washington Post on Saturday:

...

The article goes on to discuss the O'Neill affair, the Bush extended family and their connection to Mexico, etc.

1. Creation of a permanent underclass
It's an election year, so smirky has to perform magic tricks to once again try to fool the public into think he is a moderate. One of his strategies is to "steal" Democratic issues.

They are trying to sell this as helping out poor people, but all they intend to do is create a permanent underclass. Maybe they're not slaves, but they're just a small step away from serfdom. It's the old Southern plantation paternalism, W-style.

"While the ladders of upward mobility are collapsing, the United States continues to import several million legal and illegal poor immigrants each year. Thirty-five million Mexicans are not needed to pick the California fruit and vegetable crops. There is no economic or social rationale for the United States to permit massive inflows of poor people, whose needs are overwhelming U.S. taxpayers, hospitals and government budgets.
Population experts predict that immigration will boost the U.S. population by 100 million people by mid-century. Imagine what that portends for energy consumption and the environment.

The United States is already a heavy energy importer with a serious trade deficit. The economic development projected for Asia means a huge increase in world energy consumption. Unlike the United States, Asian economies have export surpluses with which to pay their energy bills.

It is possible that the loss of American jobs in tradable goods and services, combined with the importation of massive numbers of poor people, will leave the United States without the means to purchase its energy needs in world markets. When the dollar's value is undermined by budget and trade deficits, energy prices for Americans will explode.

A country that substitutes foreign labor for its own domestic labor via outsourcing, offshore production and Internet hiring, a country that transfers its wealth to foreigners to pay for imports, a country that fills up with welfare-dependent multitudes while it squanders $200 billion in Iraq is a country headed for Third World status. "

4. That is just "cheap labor" globalist propaganda talking
One way that they have been able to drive down wages in America through mass immigration is to demonize opponents of mass immigration as racists. I REFUSE to be bullied by fascism. Anytime I see an issue where dissent against the Establishment viewpoint is being stifled by propaganda and demonization, I just have to fight it. If we let them call vdare a hate site, pretty soon they will be able to label DU as a hate site. Then what next? If we let them take down vdare, who will speak for us when they come for us?

they go by some list, that's compiled by some group that determines
whether or not sites are considered "hate sites". I'm serious...just
PM a mod and have it checked out for you.
Like I said, I have tried using that website on prior occasions
and my posts were removed... :eyes:
