None of them dressed any different from the average person. I don't think the jacket has anything to do with his illness. As far as comments are concerned, what makes you think I care about yours.

But, managed to complete his MD and go on to a distinguished career as a psychiatrist . . . and some exposure as a political commentator.

No matter what you think of his politics (often not much), don't insult him because of how he looks. It makes you seem small.
