Just a suggestion

Since EarlG announced that family obligations would make the Top 10 take the occasional extra week off, we have been deprived from our formost way to laugh at our political opponents. EarlG is that good.

And while I would never suggest to take a good idea from EarlG, I would like to ask for permission to borrow it. I mean, can we at least try to record Mr Pat Robertson as batshit crazy, for all posterity?

In short, this is my suggestion. If nobody really minds, I'd like to provide, on probation, a top 10 and 1/2 of European idiots of this week. (The 1/2 being Mr Pat Robertson, who's idiocy reaches all the way across the Atlantic.) If approved, at least we'll have the second best to US conservatives: European conservatives.

JeffR can't do them anymore, and they were the best of the best of the best of internet humor. (Note my avatar :evilgrin:)

Basically, we'd send him nominations, and he'd compile a list of the funniest bits of DU every week. I'm sure he'd be willing to tell you how it's done.
