Crawford paper opinion pieces calling repukes Fascist!
These are great. These editorials are from the newspaper in Crawford,
The Lone Star Iconoclast. Boy this newspaper better be careful the
republican thugs will come take them out. How dare they criticize
the president in his adopted home town.

(snip)
There are currently 150 districts and a corresponding amount of
legislators in the Texas House of Representatives. Add to that the 31
legislators in the Texas Senate, and throw in the governor and
lieutenant governor as well, and you come up with a grand total of
183 persons in the initial mix.
Give them each 10 days, a Big Chief tablet, and a box of Crayons
(64-count, the big box). Allow each of them, if they so wish, to
create their own congressional redistricting map.
At the end of 10 days, gather up all the maps, and throw them
into one of those barrels you roll round-and-round to pick a raffle
winner. Make the barrel solid, so whoever is rolling and whoever is
choosing cannot possibly see inside.
Have a preacher, picked at random, to draw three maps. After all,
everyone trusts a preacher.

"The Rightist lunatics who have taken over the state legislature were
reportedly planning to hire gun thugs to go to New Mexico and bring
back the 11 Texas legislators who fled the state to stop lying Texas
Gov. Rick "Tricky Ricky" Perry's illegal gerrymandering
scheme.
Perry's plan has wasted $3 million of taxpayers' money in
hopes that Perry's Rightist party hacks won't have to bother
campaigning and explaining these kinds of Fascist tactics."

3. I Prefer...
...to call my Governor "The Austin Hair Helmet!" (adopted from calling Trent Lott "The Mississippi Hair Helmet")

Meanwhile, the equivalent of one student in every Texas third grade classroom will be told they are stupid by our right wing legislature and our lying governor.

I love the constant reinforcement of the governor as a liar. Hammer it home babies! Hammer it home!
