'You're an FBI agent and you're following me,' he yells at patrons

Disgraced former Enron chief Jeffrey Skilling was picked up by cops on the upper East Side early yesterday after accusing patrons at two nightspots of being federal agents on his tail.
"He was shouting at them, 'You're an FBI agent and you're following me!'" a police source said.

The indicted executive ended his big night about 4 a.m., when cops looking for an "emotionally disturbed person" at 73rd St. and Park Ave. checked him into New York-Presbyterian Hospital.

Six to eight bar patrons had called cops to complain about Skilling, a police source said.

He was not charged with a crime, but a police source described Skilling as drunk and highly uncooperative when cops approached him, The Associated Press reported.
